제 1 장 총칙
제 1 조 [목적]
본 이용약관은 EdgeX Asia (이하 “회사”라 합니다)가 운영하는 Website 또는
Application 등 온라인 서비스와 관련하여, 회사와 서비스를 이용하는 자(이하
“마이너”라 합니다) 사이의 권리, 의무, 기타 필요한 사항을 정함으로써 상호
이익을 도모하는 것을 그 목적으로 합니다.
제 2 조 [용어의 정의]
⓵ 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.
1. “플랫폼” 또는 “서비스”라 함은 회사가 마이너로 하여금 편리하게 상품을
구매하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 제공하는 웹 형태의 플랫폼을 말합니다.
2. “마이너”라함은 회사에 개인정보를 제공하고, 본 이용약관에 동의하여 마
이너 등록절차를 마친 이용자를 말합니다.
3. “아이디(ID)”라 함은 마이너의 식별과 서비스 이용을 위하여 마이너가 설
정하고 회사가 승인하여 등록된 것을 말합니다.
4. “비밀번호”라 함은 마이너의 동일성 확인과 마이너의 권익보호를 위하여
마이너 스스로 설정한 문자와 숫자의 조합을 의미합니다.
5. “상품정보”라 함은 회사가 판매하는 상품에 대한 정보를 의미합니다.
6. “결제서비스”라 함은 마이너가 구입한 상품을 결제하는 방법으로 회사가
정한 입금방법에 의하여 구입을 신청하고 승인하는 서비스를 말합니다.
⓶ 제 1항에서 정의되지 않은 본 이용약관 상의 용어의 의미는 일반적인 거래
관행에 의합니다.
제 3 조 [약관의 게시 및 효력]
⓵ 회사는 본 이용약관을 마이너가 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 서비스 내 혹은 서
비스의 연결화면을 통해 게시 합니다.
⓶ 회사는 본 이용약관을 영어를 기준으로 작성되었으며, 일어, 중국어, 한국
어 등 언어로 번역하여 게시할 수 있습니다. 다만 언어별 내용이 충돌하거나
해석의 차이가 있는 경우에는 영어 버전의 이용약관이 우선 적용됩니다.
⓷ 마이너는 회사가 고지하는 이용약관, 개별약관, 개인정보처리방침 등 이용
정책을 항상 숙지해야 하며, 회사의 고의 또는 과실이 없는 한 이를 알지 못하
여 발생하는 불이익은 마이너에게 책임이 있습니다
⓸ 본 이용약관은 마이너가 동의한 때로부터 효력이 있으며, 본 이용약관에 동
의하지 않고 플랫폼을 이용한 경우에는 본 이용약관을 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제 4 조 [이용계약의 성립]
⓵ 이용 계약은 서비스를 이용하고 자 하는 자가 이 약관에 동의한 다음 마이
너 가입을 신청하고 회사가 이러한 신청에 대하여 승낙함으로써 체결됩니다.
⓶ 회사는 마이너 가입신청에 대하여 서비스 이용을 승낙함을 원칙으로 합니
다. 다만, 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 신청에 대하여는 승낙을 하지 않거나
사후에 이용계약을 해지 할 수 있습니다.
1. 마이너 가입을 신청하는 자가 본 이용약관에 의하여 마이너 자격을 상실
했던 자로써 회사의 재가입 승낙을 받지 못한 경우.
2. 회사가 제시하는 가입신청 양식의 필수항목을 기재하지 않거나, 허위의 정
보를 기재한 경우.
3. 회사의 서비스 제공 또는 타인의 서비스 이용을 방해하는 경우
4. 본 이용약관이 금지하거나 공공질서, 미풍 양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경
우.
5. 미성년자 마이너가 가입을 신청하는 경우.
6. 기타 마이너의 귀책 사유가 있는 경우
제 5 조 [아이디 및 비밀번호의 관리]
⓵ 아이디(ID) 및 비밀번호에 대한 관리 책임은 마이너에게 있으며, 마이너는
어떠한 경우 에도 본인의 아이디 또는 비밀번호를 타인에게 양도하거나 대여
할 수 없습니다.
⓶ 회사의 귀책 사유 없이 아이디 또는 비밀번호의 유출, 양도, 대여로 인하여
발생하는 손실이나 손해에 대하여는 마이너 본인이 그에 대한 책임을 부담합
니다.
⓷ 마이너는 아이디(ID) 또는 비밀번호를 도난당하거나 제3자가 무단으로 사용
하고 있음을 인지한 경우, 즉시 회사에 통보하여야 하며 회사는 이에 대한 신
속한 처리를 위하여 최선의 노력을 다합니다.
제 6 조 [서비스 기간과 종료]
⓵ 본 이용약관에 따른 서비스 기간은 서비스 신청일로부터 이용계약의 종료
까지입니다.
⓶ 회사는 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 사유가 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간
서비스를 제공합니다.
⓷회사는 컴퓨터 등 정보통신 설비의 보수, 점검 등과 천재지변, 불가항력으로
서비스 이용을 제한하거나 정지 할 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 플랫폼 화면에
게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 마이너에게 통지합니다.
제 7 조 [마이너관리]
⓵ 회사는 마이너의구매 금액, 마이너의 추천 등의 실적에 따라 소정의 등급을
부여하고 각 등급에 따라 일정한 혜택을 부여할 수 있습니다. 회사가 마이너에
게 부여하는 등급 및 혜택에 관한 제반 사항은 별도의 서비스 화면을 통해 공
지하며, 변경되는 경우 또한 같습니다.
⓶ 회사는 마이너가 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우, 회사가 부가적으로 제공한
혜택의 일부 또는 전부의 회수, 특정 서비스의 이용제한, 이용 계약의 해지 등
서비스 이용을 제한 할 수 있습니다.
1. 본 약관 또는 관련 법률을 위반하는 경우
2. 부정거래, 회사정책을 사실과 다르게 비방하는 경우,
3. 다른 마이너의 권리나 명예, 신용 기타 정당한 이익을 침해하는 경우.
4. 기타 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 원활한 진행을 방해하는 경우
제 8 조 [구매 신청]
⓵ 마이너는 회사가 판매하는 EdgeX Hash와 노드를 플랫폼에서 구매할 수
있습니다.
⓶ 마이너는 구매하기 전에 구매 상품에 대한 정확한 내용을 확인하고 구매하
여야 하며 구매 이후 환불은 불가합니다. 채굴 위탁기간은 36개월이며 구매하
려는 상품의 내용과 거래의 조건을 확인하지 않고 구매함으로 인하여 발생한
손해는 구매한 마이너 본인에게 있습니다.
제 9조 [구매 확인]
⓵ 회사는 마이너의 상품구매에 대하여 플랫폼의 마이너정보에 상품의 구매내
용을 표시하며 마이너는 구매 내역을 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한 마이너는 구매
후 구매 내역에 따른 토큰의 발생 및 부가 수익에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있
습니다.
⓶ 구매 내역과 서비스의 내용에 대하여 상이할 경우 마이너는 회사에 상이된
내용을 요청 할 수 있고 회사는 성실하게 답변하여야 합니다.
제 10조 [환급 및 철회]
⓵ 마이너가 구매한 POS, XR7, XRD 채굴기 지분(HASH)은 환급 또는 계약
철회가 불가능합니다. 구매 전 상품에 대한 정보를 충분히 확인하시기 바랍니
다.
제 11 조 [기타사항]
⓵ 회사는 필요한 경우(Hash 판매 완판 시 등) 판매 및 서비스를 중단할 수
있습니다.
⓶ 위탁한 HASH당 1일 토큰 채굴량은 알고리즘, 난이도, 참여 채굴기 수량에
따라 낮아질 수 있습니다.
⓷ 회사는 판매의 종료 시 사전에 마이너에게 공지하여야 합니다.
부칙
이 약관은 2025년 7월 1일부터 시행합니다.
Article 1 [Purpose]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and other necessary
matters between EdgeX Asia (hereinafter, the “Company”) and the users of its services
(hereinafter, the “Miners”) in connection with the Company’s online services such as its
Website or Application. The purpose is to promote mutual benefit between the Company
and its Miners.
Article 2 [Definitions]
① The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
1. “Platform” or “Service” refers to the web-based platform provided by the
Company to allow Miners to conveniently purchase products and use
services.
2. “Miner” refers to a user who provides personal information to the
Company, agrees to these Terms, and completes the miner program
registration process.
3. “ID” refers to the identifier set by the Miner and approved and registered
by the Company for the purpose of miner identification and service use.
4. “Password” refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the
Miner to verify identity and protect the Miner’s rights and interests.
5. “Product Information” refers to information regarding the products sold
by the Company.
6. “Payment Service” refers to the method by which Miners purchase
products and pay for them using the deposit/payment methods
designated by the Company.
② Terms not defined in Paragraph 1 shall follow general commercial practices.
Article 3 [Posting and Effect of the Terms]
① The Company shall post these Terms within the Service or via linked screens so
that Miners can easily review them.
② These Terms are written in English as the official version and may be translated
into other languages such as Japanese, Chinese, or Korean. In the event of any
discrepancy or difference in interpretation between languages, the English
version shall prevail.
③ Miners must always be aware of the Terms, individual agreements, and the
Privacy Policy as notified by the Company. The Company shall not be
responsible for any disadvantages caused by the Miner’s failure to review these
policies unless due to the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
④ These Terms become effective when the Miner agrees to them. If a Miner uses
the Platform without expressly agreeing to the Terms, such use shall be deemed
as acceptance of the Terms.
Article 4 [Formation of Service Agreement]
① A service agreement is formed when a person who wishes to use the Service
agrees to these Terms, applies for miner program, and the Company approves
the application.
② The Company generally approves miner program applications for service use.
However, the Company may refuse approval or terminate the agreement
afterward in the following cases:
1. The applicant has previously lost miner program under these Terms and
has not obtained re-approval from the Company.
2. The applicant does not fill out the required fields in the registration form
or submits false information.
3. The applicant interferes with the Company’s services or other Miners’ use
of the services.
4. The applicant engages in acts prohibited by these Terms or contrary to
public order and morals.
5. The applicant is a minor.
6. Any other reason attributable to the Miner.
Article 5 [Management of ID and Password]
① The Miner is responsible for managing their ID and Password, and may not
transfer or lend them to any third party under any circumstances.
② The Miner shall be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the leakage,
transfer, or lending of their ID or Password, unless caused by the Company.
③ If a Miner becomes aware that their ID or Password has been stolen or is being
used by a third party without authorization, the Miner must immediately notify
the Company. The Company shall make its best efforts to resolve the issue
promptly.
Article 6 [Service Period and Termination]
① The service period under these Terms is from the date of service application
until the termination of the agreement.
② The Company shall provide services 24/7, year-round, unless there are special
business or technical reasons otherwise.
③ The Company may restrict or suspend service use due to maintenance,
inspection of information systems, or unavoidable circumstances such as natural
disasters or force majeure. In such cases, the Company will notify Miners via
platform notices or other methods.
Article 7 [Miner Management]
① The Company may assign miner program levels based on factors such as
purchase amounts or referrals and grant corresponding benefits. Details
regarding miner program levels and benefits will be notified on the Service
page, and the same applies to any changes.
② The Company may restrict service use, including revoking benefits, limiting
specific services, or terminating the agreement if a Miner:
1. Violates these Terms or related laws;
2. Engages in fraudulent transactions or defames the Company with false
statements;
3. Infringes upon the rights, reputation, credit, or other legitimate interests of
other Miners;
4. Otherwise interferes with the smooth provision of the Company’s services.
Article 8 [Purchase Application]
① Miners may purchase EdgeX Hash and Node sold by the Company through the
Platform.
② Miners must carefully review the details of the product before making a
purchase, as all sales are final and non-refundable.
The mining delegation period is 36 months, and any losses resulting from
failure to review the product details or transaction conditions prior to purchase
shall be the sole responsibility of the purchasing miner.
Article 9 [Purchase Confirmation]
① The Company shall display the Miner’s purchase details in their account
information on the Platform, allowing the Miner to verify their purchase history,
including token generation and any additional returns.
② If there is a discrepancy between the purchase history and the actual service,
the Miner may request clarification, and the Company shall respond in good
faith.
Article 10 [Refunds and Withdrawal]
① The POS, XR7, and XRD mining shares (HASH) purchased by miners are non
refundable and cannot be canceled. Please make sure to review all product
information carefully before making a purchase.
Article 11 [Miscellaneous]
① The Company may suspend sales or services if necessary (e.g., upon selling out
all Hash products).
② The daily token mining amount per delegated HASH may decrease depending
on the algorithm, difficulty, and the number of participating miners.
③ In the event of service termination, the Company shall notify Miners in advance.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall take effect from July 1, 2025.
